I have hit a brick wall and cannot fix this issue. The only thing I can think of is the monitor is bad. I already swapped the 4 slot main pcb and still get the same issues. Can anyone help?

thanks

First...

Learn to resize your pics...

Second, check the sync connections on the monitor. You may need to adjust the sync controls and/or recap the monitor.

Yeah, it may just be an issue with your ground and sync connections.
Always start with the simplest solution and work your way up.

looks like a calibration issue. that 1 knob can throw all things out of wack and cause those boxy graphical issues

Thanks guys, I noticed one of the control knobs is broken, I will try that first. Anyone know where I can purchase another one?
