Well I wanted to report my experience here guys.
Contacted him about the item.
We agreed on price and shipping.
He said he would label it as "sold" on the thread.
I requested a PayPal invoice with the transaction fees added. (Didn't mind paying a bit extra and I wanted a bit more of a secure purchase)
Kept checking my account to see if the PP invoice had arrived.
Contacted him again saying I didn't see any invoice on PP yet. (tried to keep in touch as best as possible, life and time permitting)
He showed me a screenshot of a manual invoice sent directly to my PayPal account attached email.(not PP directly)
I told him that it needed to be a PayPal invoice and not a simple PDF sent to an Email.
……
He went dark for a few days and I have sent a few good will check up messages just to see the progress of the transaction with no reply now.
Don't know if he didn't want to or know how to make a proper PayPal invoice but he doesn't want to seem to communicate now when I requested information about it. (at least that is how I have seen the experience)
