Aw, Bobak. Don't be so rash. They were simply responding the same way I did when I first experienced Alec's descentist attitude. I didn't take well to it either, but I've moved on and can maintain a "live and let live" attitude around him. The man's presence is an acquired taste and takes some getting use to.

I don't know if this puts my personality in better context or what, but I'm an amateur comedian. I'm in the Mpls funniest person contest this year. The night I performed for the contest, Ted Alexandro was the headliner. He saw my act, I got to meet him after the show, and he said I was good. Whether or not he was just saying it to be nice, I'll take the compliment from a comedian respected enough to have a Comedy Central special. I thought it went well that night, and got plenty of laughs from the whole crowd.

I'm eccentric, but in a good way. I don't talk down to people, if I ever wear my ego on my shoulder it's because I'm trying to have a sense of humor about myself.

I'm down for grub before hand... there are a lot of places in the Longfellow/Lake Street area that we could hit up... but I think Bobak would be the best person here to throw up a suggestion (simply cuz he knows every single restaurant in the Twin Cites). I used up my one restaurant in the neighborhood when we went to El Rodeo (which I LOVE and would gladly do again... plus I think they're open late).

But I'm down for whatever, so... ... ...
