I just got my Slug 4 (what a beauty)!

Anyway I noticed that when I play it looks like 5-10% of the screen is cut off...

On the right and left side I can just barely see the lives (like an 1/8 of the number) and the start of something else.

I am using a 27" Trinitron television so I don't think it is a problem with my TV. Is there something that will fix this? It would be nice to see how many lives I have left.... <img src="graemlins/crying.gif" border="0" alt="[Crying]" /> <img src="graemlins/crying.gif" border="0" alt="[Crying]" />

Thanks.

That's a very annoying problem..I having the same thing with Sengoku 3, both on my AES and now my MVS the right 5-10% is cut off, I can't see the # of how many projectile weapons are left

Can you see the head (lives icon) on the left?

If you are using a Sony TV set, there's a way to enter the service menu.

<a href="http://members.accessus.net/~090/awh/sonyadj.html" target="_blank">http://members.accessus.net/~090/awh/sonyadj.html</a>

This page tells you how to do it for some Sony sets, as well as what many of the settings mean.

The mileage varies with the TV, on a panasonic widscreen I lose more (16:9), but on my (4:3) I lose .. less
