HELL YEAH, the CMVS circle is complete.

I love you David. About how small is the production PCB going to be? I'm guessing as small as possible. Let me know when it's ready and I'll install it into my Omega.

With the new unibios 3.1 with added card support, this project should continue. I finally got the time and located the pins on the GRZ that could be CD1 and CD2. There's 4 suspecting pins, I have to try it carefully or I could burn a MV1C.

David has already tried all the pins on the GRZ. You will kill the GRZ.

distropia, will you be incorporating the new mv1b/mv1c memory card slot into your cmvs design?

Shit.

I found that pins 15, 16 and 17 are not internally connected to the rest of VCC pins on the GRZ chip (6, 15, 16, 17, 18, 54, 66, 114, 126, 138, 174, 186 and 234 are VCC) so it could have been those elusive CD1 and CD2.

IIRC the mod could be done anyways with a modified bios, right?

@hyperneophyt3: is the way to go for serious modders.

1C systems seem to have the biggest problem and required a modified bios. The 1B could be done without modification, supposedly.

Can it be something incorporated into the Unibios or is there a space issue?
