Hehe, good idea.
Most of the ppl selling video games and hardware on German eBay have absolutely NO CLUE about prices and rarity. Most of the fuckers there constantly call stupid Genesis II machines "super rare", and try to sell their pop-game Genny setup (a Genny II, Sonic 1, Altered Beast and a lot of stupid PAL shit, mostly without case+manual) for ridiculous amounts... ...prolly because there are even more stupid blokes who actually BUY all that overpriced crap.
Jau... wait for a Garou MotW AES cart to appear on German eBay and watch the bids rise... some apeasses shell out more than 850 Euros (!) for it, not to mention the highest bids for MVS carts. Even WH1 on MVS is expensive on German eBay.
To some extend, it's true that video gaming in Germany never was as affordable as in the US or Japan, but that does not justify prices like the auction mentioned in this thread. It's just ignorancy, paired with stupidity and greed.
