Both of course, just no ass to mouth.
We had a relatively easy delivery. The birth time was 3:21 AM EST today.

Oh, another piece o' advice...If the nurses give you the option to take the baby to the nursery to let you rest...DO IT. Don't be a hero and keep the baby in the room all the time. It gives mom time to recover and gives both of you a break before you take the new bundle home. They bring the baby by every 2 hours iirc to breastfeed. This will be the last break you get before you take the little one home.
