MOTM (asian hard-case) not japanese: english/japanese

I'm really confused about the distinction between Japanese and Asian hardcase. As far as I know, there were only Japanese hardcase, and then there were UK/European hardcases, is that not correct? In any case, I'll list my stuff for the language booting project:

Actually, I'm not sure if Sector: NGP has the master list. You should ask Sweater Fish because he made one.

substance J's list is good enough for checking dual language support. He has a couple mistakes regarding Dreamcast link support and he's missing some games and he has some games listed that never existed (the same game ends up on there twice because of translation confusion).

It's stalled about halgway through a major revision since my computer gave up the ghost about six months ago, but I should have it back up in the next week or so and then I'll finish it.
