EVO will feature the 48 characters build. SNK is going all out with the game. They have also announced a world tour to promote the game (EVO and Summer Jam X included):

KOF14 will most likely come to PC. The cover says "PS4 Console Exclusive". It's just a matter of when. It could take a year or two like KOF13 did though.

I don't understand why they put in this generic yaoi bishounen prettyboy motherfucker in this over the bald headed badass known as Oswald.

I completely agree, ive been waiting for this trailer the most, and yes the butler doesnt seem to fit into the teams and seems a poor choice. But that aside Billy and Geese look really good. Cant wait to play around with billy in this one.
