Cart, box, manual, insert and sticker are MINT, only the manual's baggy is slightly ruffled but everything is in real collection condition

I live in Europe but I can offer half of the shipping costs, and I guarantee a careful sending

Yes I think so, but I'm not 100% sure.

For example I've seen Art Of Figthing 3 carts with and without gold sticker... But I've never saw an original kof 99 without it

i bought recently in ebay one kof 99 without gold warning , but the insert, manual are original 100%

maybe the original cart was changed because it was damaged or something ?

or maybe not every original game has it, I don't know'

The presence or absence of a gold warning sticker should not be a cause for concern. There has been extensive discussion of that topic in these forums, and the gold sticker has not been found to indicate or discount the authenticity of a cart in any way. It's simply the luck of the draw.

If you put it on ebay your not going to make that much. I started mine out at 80$ and no one is even watching it. The case, manual, registration card, and phone card are all there and are in great shape, but no one is bidding. Here it is
