KOF 96 problem

I don't know if this is supposed to happen, but it seems very very very unlikely.


While playing, any attack be it normal or special throws them into Maximum on the power bar. Now that would completely defeat the purpose of charging and all that jazz, so is this normal or is there something up with my cart?

woa, thats like some uheard of shit. never seen it before. but then again 96 and 94 are m least played kof ever.

Never heard of that before and KoF96 is my most played game on any system ever.

Well no, I have, but unless your cart is what I think it is......

Seems odd that someone would even bother making a boot of KOF96. Sure your MVS isn't running a cheat and you're not aware of it ?

Well all I have is the standard BIOS, I never got anything fancy. So I wouldn't know if I turned something on or not.

Correct. Looks like a hacked cart. It's legit all except that EPROM.

Yay....looks like I'll have to see if I can get my money back or trade it for something well not 'hacked'. Bummer for sure.

It also has sound issues, Breakers Revenge and RB2 wouldn't have their sound randomly go very quiet; Where as KOF '96 would.

Check to see if you can do moves like Geese's Deadly Rave and Ralf's Galactica Phantom. If it's that hacked cart, I'll take it off you.
