KOF 2K3 in SATX? *Where to play it???

My fave so far since '98 is no doubt 2K2... but I want to judge for myself just how "Good" or "Bad" the latest installment of KOF 2003 really is. So does anyone in the SATX (San Antonio, Texas) community here on the boards know of a particular Diversions/Pool Hall/Eatery or whatever that has an upright with this game in it yet? It took me forever (until the begining of January) just to finally play SVC Chaos... I don't want to wait until June or July to play KOF 2003.
