that's just to make a sort of complete kit.

I don't have a cab, just using a SuperGun.

What I would like to do, is get some stickers printed once I get High-res scans.

new KOF '03 KITS are like $36, man. You're better off buying one for the art.

I beilieve the kits are in the 60+ 70 USD range.

I got one already, that'd be a waste buying another one.

Can't help you on finding scans but here's a link to a stand alone art kit for less than $10.
