KOF 2000 for 50$

Should I get it? I know it seems to be a very unpopular KOF here but I think 50$ is pretty cheap for a new game like this. What do you think?

Great price whether it is an MVS or AES cart. If you don't want it tell me where I can get one for that amazing price?!?!
