I understand. Frankly, I am not surprised with the recent string of good luck I have been having in attaining games I want... A little frustrated yes and have vented in the War Room.Shawn:

Hello Fadl,
It’s regrettable that your copy of English Metal Slug 3 has a crease on its insert. Like you, I would also prefer my personal copy to be of absolute perfect condition. Unfortunately, the NeoStore is completely sold out of this item and there were never any extra inserts or manuals. I can of course offer you a full refund to your PayPal account for the cost of the item or $255 store credit.
Should you choose to return the item please send to the address provided on the invoice (top left corner), this address is also found on the return address of the shipping label and on the contact page of the NeoStore:
<a href="http://www.neostore.com/CONTACT/contact.html" target="_blank">http://www.neostore.com/CONTACT/contact.html</a>
Also, please include a copy of the invoice along with the US MS3.
Ironing it should work very well too, just put a thin cloth between the insert and the iron.Jon:
I guess I kind of understand your frustration, but, the damage is so slight, I wouldn't even bother to contact Shawn. What I would have done is take the insert out of the case and put it in between a book and stacked something heavy on top. You leave it like that for about a week or so..by that time, the insert should be perfectly flat. This may be the only thing you can do, especially since the game is now sold out.
Jon
Don't really understand what you're trying towaku7:
