I'd go with Metal Slug if I'd had to chose between those two.

However if you want to have a game that insures a long lasting appeal get: SNK vs Capcom Match of the Millenium or SNK vs Capcom Card Fighters Clash. Almost all players who've played those two games liked it and got hooked up with it for quite some time.

Metal Slug and Puzzle Bobble are great games tough. Can't go wrong with any of them.

The games you need are:

Metal Slug:2nd Mission
Last Blade
SNK vs Capcom Match of the Millenium
SNK vs Capcom Card Fighters Clash
Neo Turf Masters
Sonic
King of fighters R-2

You should be happy with them

if your speaking of metal slug one it's not the greatest. puzzle bobble is much better. but there are greater games than that too, such as those listed above

I just mention Metal slug one because its not that hard to get your hands on and its fairly cheap. Though that list above is a very good list, and puzzle bobble is quite an addicting game.. if only they came out with puzzle money exchanger for the NGPC.

I had to re-organize my game collection again today to maximise the use of space. I wonder if most gamers are like this, then I think of my friends and realise not. I seem to be the only gamer I know who owns more than 2 systems. Except for a friend that I've only met twice (but he was a neo-gamer) and apparently someone I knew way back when. I wish I had money like you guys but unitil then I guess I'll just have my bare carts

Neo Turf Masters is so good, that you will forget about everything else for a few days. I have played at least 10 hours of this game in the last week or so glee

i would get the games in this order:
neo turf masters
Last Blade
Sam Shodown 2
Fatal Fury

Neo turf Masters=Drugs, but this is better,i highly playable and Drug like game.

Last Blade=If you like the Last Blade Games then get this,a mini version of Last Blade 2,another great game. The animation is amazing and backgrounds,a good solid fighter and works well on the NGPC.

Sam Shodown 2=same as Last Blade, but i liked it better imo, becasue i had greater love for Last Blade, every thing is there great graphics, sound and game play, but is harder to see imo.

Fatal Fury=never played it,but u wasn't a huge fan of them in the first place.

This is my own crappy opinion on these games,i think you should get neo turf masters first, get the best ones first and foremost.

And yeah,i won't dream of collecting AES,CD and NGPC at the same time.Nice too see you around Buster.

Ive got my eye on "turf masters" on e-bay. Its lacking an instruction manuel so will go cheap. Whould you buy it even tho its missing the booklet?

Yes ive read the reviews of the games in question, but there is no review for turf masters, so i thought id ask about them all in here. That is the point of these forums, peoples opinions
