Searchingstorm, I've seen what you're talking about but don't know where you could get some, find a good PC import shop online I suppose...someone else can probobly help more.

I wouldn't be the least bit suprised to find that the program is just an emulator and rome all rolled up into one.

It would be pretty cheap to make and require little to no development time.
