Japan exclusive games on a US AES?

If someone were to put a game that was only released in Japan on AES and MVS (say, Quiz King of Fighters) into an AES with a US bios, would the game text still be in Japanese?

If the game has english text programmed in, then yes. Quiz KOF does not, however.

i believe most jap neo games have english text. so you're fine with the kof, art of fighting and the fatal fury series. but as gohan mentioned, quiz kof is japanese only. and if i'm not mistaken, some mahjong games as well have japanese text only.

Yes, 9 of the 148 do not have English text, even when run on a USA / English system.

The 4 quiz games, the 4 mahjong games, and the chess game.
