Iori's sercret move

I've seen a few videos from kof 99,2k, and I've seen Iori do this move where he jumps over the opponent, but his back is still facing the opponent ,and not his front. From this position Iori can do his cross-up f+B move. Can someone tell me how to do this?. If you've seen the 2k1 movie combos done on Angel, you would know what I mean.

I think it's either: half circle back or forward twice with a kick buttons.

I tried it but I can't do it. Do you start the motion when you cross-up, or after the cross-up?

It's a half circle forward twice with a kick button. Although it looks cool but it doesn't do that much of a damage.
