Info or schematics about neogeo system

Im ending up a presentation about the M68000 cpu and how does it work, its wiring, memory and so on.

So my question is.. if anyone knows any datasheets or schematics about the NEO GEO (any version) cpu - chips - memory wiring which i can check to use as an example on my work?

All i can say is that i would appreciate it so much

I have never seen a schem for mvs hardware- after plenty searching.

Its almost like the designers were sworn to secrecy. I started drawing the schematic for digital/analog audio on the 6 slot from cart to speakers (Z80 & YM 2610 processors). Which reminds me, must tidy it up and present it some time soon.
