If you had a 4 slot what 4 games would you have?

I got a 4 slot mvs system and want to buy some games but there are so many its overwhelming. What games would you recomend? Make it varied or hell make it themed let me know so I can get to buying my 4 slot grows cold and lonely

Though I kinda' wish I had a puzzle game.

The 4 must have (inexpensive) games IMO are:

Samurai Shodown 2
KOF 98
Blazing Star

the fourth one is a toss up. If you want a puzzler, get Magical Drop 2. If you want a shooter, get metal slug x.

All of those can be had for under $40

It's hard to say, really ... I like so many of them.

Blazing Star for sure, but it's fuzzier after that.

I'd say probably MOTW, Puzzle Bobble (2, if I could find it), and either KOF97 or KOF2003 for the other three.

If I could get another 2 slots in there, I'd add Fatal Fury and either World Heroes or Art of Fighting (all the originals) for nostalgia ... or maybe all 3 of those with Metal Slug X in another 4-slot altogether.

But then again, that's the beauty of having swappable carts ... I can be as indecisive as I want! :chimp:

ok a got the bomberman puzzle game and realbout special so i think i am going to get SS2, shock troopers 2, metal slug 3 and blazing stars. I still think it would be cool to have a themed lot. Not like SS1 through 4 or MS1 through 4 thats to easy. I have to think iof something and get back to you guys.

Right now I only have three slots filled but at the moment I have Fatal Fury (not very great by today's standards but fun for nostalgia), Puzzle Bobble, and Metal Slug X in my MVS, with KoF 2000 en route courtesy of VWLunatic.

There's a seller on eBay right now selling MSX, with serials, for 45 shipped, definitely worth it if you're in the mood for a great shooter.

Thats what im playing right now. 1 and 2 never leave my 4 slot because even my friends that dont play alot of snk games will always play those. My one friend pretty much hates videogames but he turns on my arcade machine and always plays turfmasters. 3 and 4 get changed out all the time another good one is super dodgeball.

Well, there are tons of great games for Neo Geo. I'll just tell you whats in my 4 slot right now

Slot 1: King of the Monster 2
Slot 2: Aero Fighters 2
Slot 3: Puzzle Bobble
Slot 4: Kabuki Klash

MS1, KOF 98, and SamS2 are all very cheap yet are worth their weight in gold to a gamer. I would recommend getting at least one of those ones.
