I Wish to have my JPN AES installed with the UNIVERSE BIOS. suggestions?

i wish to get a UNIBIOS installed in my JPN NEO AES.
i'm scouting around for the best modder to do it,
within the least distance of shipping from
the state of OREGON, where i live.
can anyone toss me some advice?

Well alot of members have told you to get Xian Xi to modd your console so i would take there advise as he is one of the best

Or do it yourself. There are loads of guides and I find it quite satisfying to do things myself.

Why is it on a wire rack in the first picture? AES systems do not run hot!

its like its been washed and been there to dry of

yes, i know they don't.
i'd just rather put it on the rack then plop it
directly onto the floor.
i have to pull it out of my game cabinet when in use,
as the controller cable is otherwise
much too short to reach the seating position.

oh, and i'd like to install the BIOS myself.
while i DO have some basic skill with the soldering iron,
i DO NOT want to risk a mistake. after all, it isn't
like i can go to the local Sally-Ann and pick up another AES
for $5.00 or so if i happened to Eff mine up.
$300.00 is not exactly pocket change...
