Holy shit that show was awesome!!
We got there late because of traffic and missed Adema,(snaps fingers) oh what a shame lol.
Then Cypress Hill came out and put on a great set, as soon as they came on you could just see everyone lighting up, the smell soon filled the air LOL. They brought out a damned 4 foot bong on the stage! Not too many pits broke out for them but of course there was a great one (right near me of course) for Rock Superstar. After that they were done and setup began for Linkin Park. You could see the people were getting antsy as DJ Z-Trip tried to keep their energy going by playing System, Nirvana and Papa Roach.
And then, they came...
As soon as the first song came on, I looked at my friends, who are rather large, and pointed up. They already put my other friend up and away I went. I found my other friend while surfing and we started fighting each other, we were crowd surf fighting LOL. And then, we got dropped, I don't know where he went but I got slammed onto my lower back right on the concrete. That really hurts now. Of course, all the pits broke out and I got right in the middle of the biggest ones, that's where all the fun is <img src="graemlins/multi.gif" border="0" alt="[Multi Color Bouncey]" /> . I'm a wiry guy, so everyone sent me flying all over the place, but I was smashing people everywhere I went so I had a ball <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[LOL]" /> . Just when I thought the set couldn't get any better, they slowed it down a bit, and they played My December, probably the last song any of us expected. This song means a lot to my friends and I, all for different reasons. The song served as a springboard for us. After that, we all went completely apeshit in the pits until they finished. My injuries were pretty light considering where I was. I got the bad smash to the back, a shot to the ribs which I don't even feel anymore, a shot to the shoulder which does still hurt, scratched up arms (expected) and random marks here and there. My face didn't get touched and the only time I was down was when I got dropped from surfing. All in all a great time, and I would definitely go see them again.
