As somebody who only just got into the hobby and is still waiting on a couple of parts I can't talk about how I've done it... However I plan on sticking to multicarts the cheaper MVS games unless I can get a really good deal on one or two of the more expensive games. I will admit using multicarts is practically just one step away from just using an emulator, but I'm also in it for the electronics hobby aspects as I'm not relying on a pre-built supergun for the consolization (I haven't seen anyone actually going trough with using a PicoPSU in their CMVS project so I think that me using one may actually be trying something new).
