Home Cart Power Supply 5.3Vor 10V?

I have a USA silver system(serial 11000)
but do not have the power supply. The manaul
specifies 5.3V and all the ones I've seen online have 10V output. Anyone know what I need? Also is the center pin on the console positive or negative?

Well I would check the neo store, it sounds like you need to get and orignal power supply, they are risk free compared to the ones people use from other sources, just take no chances.
