This has been asked many times before. If you buy from Buyrite, you're BUYING WRONG. Use at your own risk and don't whine to us when they screw you over.

Would be fine to find a forum's member who lives close to them.
He could pick up games directly and do a great service for many of us.
Maybe someone happens to live close to buyrite..

isn't there some law that requires them to remove me from their list when i request to be?

If they won't remove you, report them as spammers. Go to www.spamcop.net, copy the full headers and body of the email into their reporting window and submit, and they'll be reported to the ISP they used to send the email (and to any ISP who hosts links embedded in the message). That might get them moving on removing your name . . .

They're in Raleigh, but having been there I'd recommend that you avoid them. They say (as below) that 98% of their vintage (mostly PSX) titles are incomplete. About once a year I manage to rescue a truly decent title, but most of the time the difference between their website and their stock is mindboggling.
The last time I was there I took 6 PSX titles to the desk and told them I'd buy any and all of them that they had complete and in at least very good condition. Keep in mind that their store has the case, back, and instructions for the titles on display, and most of the display items are in at least good condition. Anyway, I took 6 complete cases to the desk, so they'd need only the disc to complete.
They went into the back and said that for the 6 games, they only had 1 that was complete. The display cases were not for sale, and their explanation for the games not being complete was, "These games are used! And 98% of used games are not complete!"
BUT IF YOU GAVE ME THE DAMN DISPLAY CASE, IT WOULD BE COMPLETE!!! AND IF YOU ONLY EVER HAD YOUR DIRTY HANDS ON A SINGLE COPY OF THIS GAME, THEN THE DISPLAY CASE IS THE CASE THAT CAME WITH IT!!!
To sum up, if you thought that ordering online was bullshit, you should be there in person when they tell you they don't have the complete game that is sitting on the counter and staring them in the face.

They're morons, they're a little dingy store. STAY AWAY! Their prices are F'N terrible and they ship like shit.
You'd be well-advised if you just STAY AWAY.
$99 for a NGCD power Adapter?
They tried privately buying my Jag collection off me on ebay for PEANUTS.
Shipping carts in a priority mail box with no packing?
Shipping cd's in an envelope?
Keep that in mind.

Hell yeah they ship like shit. I pre-ordered Ikaruga and KoF2000 from their website. I sent them a money order for the two games months before there release. They held KoF for a month and a half till Ikaruga was released. For nearly two months I was sending them emails, none of which were answered. FINALLY in desperation I tracked down there store phone number and called them. Only after that did I get my games.
If you buy from Buyrite your buying wrong.
