I need help to find a Hitachi SH-2 (Sega STV) pins diagram, have searched the web with no results. Anyone know where I can find it?

You should ask on the www.mame.net message board. Some of the devs have datasheets for it since it is used for STV(like you mentioned) and a few Psykio games.
