These scenes are not from any anime. I have the book these were scanned from, and I can say that they are just cel style paintings by Obari depicting the characters in a variety of situations. Sorry to disappoint, but the only Fatal Fury anime that exists is One, Two and the movie. Oh, and also the opening of Real Bout Dominated Mind, if that counts, and the small scene Terry has in the DC KOF '98 port opening demo. His Power Geyser, I believe, is also animated in King Of Fighters Kyo for the PSX.
