help dragons lair on dsiware

just started it last night and couldn't pass the part on the flying horse at all. Anybody have some hints? Couldn't find a guide in the google

There is a working guide for dsiware version right up there.

searched for dragons lair elevator floor and got this today. Funny that it doesn't get found when you put walkthrough or guide after dragons lair on google

the dsiware message board guide-that works- has A , UP, A

Are you playing arcade mode or home mode?

Home mode the difference between the two is that when you die in arcade mode you get sent wherever and in home mode you continue where you were. I play using the bottom screen of my dsi.
