Has anybody ACTUALLY had problems with ROTD in a 1-slot MVS?

There are quite a lot of threads about this. So can anybody confirm that this game didn't work in some MVS board? I mean ACTUAL confirmation, I want somebody that has ACTUALLY tried it, I don't want to hear "I read somewhere that somebody tried it and didn't work".

I tried it in my MV1-A without problems, and I also played it at a friend's board, a MV1-F if I remember well (the smallest of the ones with controller inputs).

My personal experience:

MV-1 - Failed
MV-1C - Passed
MV-1F - Failed
