Graphic glitch on NGCD

Hello

I fixed black screen on my NGCD after changed l4 & l5. Run well, after that I try to install a sd loader:

Tested and run well too, after locked wuth screw my NGCD I have this issue:

I checked all soldering, my mod seem clean, any idea? I found a close issue but on AES:

Was the NeoCD operational/fully functional before you modded it?
So after fixing the black screen did you get a normal picture with no glitches?

You positive this did not have any glitches before? What happens if you exit the SD Loader and use the real CD drive on your NGCD?
