It depends on the person. I have a friend I call gangstaj sometimes because when playing a game together he didn't put a space between the a and j. He hates me for it, but I don't care. That's it though.

Lolita Cothic is actually a "style" here in Japan..specially in Tokyo.. You see them everywhere.. wearing usually PINK clothes ( kinda made dresses) and pink shoes..a lot of make and so on.. I think they are cool hehe..
