I remember when a load of people were backing up with fucking sleeping bags to get a ps2, what a crock of shit.

I gotta try the cube. I'll be getting one no doubt.

Too bad the LameCube is a waste of money right now. Pitiful selection of launch titles, and looks like the console is going to be another kiddie system like the N64. I can easily pass on it, the XBox looks to be MUCH better.

I actually got a chance to play Halo, there was a demo running at Funcoland, and its a cool game. Much better than any LameCube launch title . . .

come on now, let's not resort to name-calling.

if you want your sexbox, just buy your sexbox and be happy.

Yeah, right now the NGC has 4 games, most recently Pikmin.

I know this is vulgar, but I want violent fighting. Where is Soul Calibur 2?

At least you can bet you won't see Treasure developing for the X-Box

10! The system...will be released...with 10...games.

Luigi
Wave Race
Crazy Taxi
Super Monkey Ball
Madden 2002
Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3
Universal Studios
Dave Mirra 2
Simpsons Road Rage
Rogue Squadron 2

There WAS talk about these also being release games but I don't think that'll happen:

NHL Hitz
All Star Baseball 2002
Batman
Extreme G 3

Fifa 2002 will be released about a week after the system.

I see FAR TOO MANY people saying the system is being released with 3 or 4 games.

This is not the Japanese launch, folks.

This is the most current list of release games I've seen. Will they all come to fruition? I don't know.

But I DO know that the launch will AT LEAST have

Luigi
Wave Race
Super Monkey Ball
Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3
Rogue Squadron 2
and
Madden 2002

Pikimin is a Dec 3 release along with Super Smash Bros

Personally, I think both systems look like they have great software lineups at launch. Unfortunatly, I'm gonna have to pass on the x-box launch because of their lack of experience with hardware projects of this scale. Their demo units are having like a 30% failure rate, and this doesn't ease my worries any. I think M$ is gonna be revising the XB hardware for at least a year before they get it right. Oh well, here's hoping I have the 18th off from work..
