Future of SNK

Tell me if I'm right or wrong, but I keep hearing conflicting information regarding SNK and their financial situation right now. About a month ago, I read someplace that SNK of Japan had filed for bankruptcy and was pretty much out of business...or at the very most restructuring. At the same time, I hear about how they are supposedly going to be releasing Sengoku 3, Last Blade 3, and King of Fighter's 2001. Which one of these is correct? Both of them? I'm confused...

From what I have heard they have been cleared of all debt so they can start anew.

they should make a new system, and remake MVS machines, put all their cash in advertising and production and developement
