Fully Decrypted Pochi & Nyaa ROM Set

Hello,

Does anyone know of any tools or a possible website location to where I can acquire a fully decrypted Pochi & Nyaa ROM Set? I was going to take a bootleg Puzzle Bobble MVS cart and change it to this game, but found it uses a PROGBK2 & CHAFIO. I can find the decrypted C set, but nothing on decrypted P or V ROMs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can decrypt Neo roms in WinKawaks IIRC.

Okay, turns out the instructions I originally found were incomplete. I will try again, once I have access to my PC.
