System is in working condition, only getting rid of it because I upgraded to a "new" 3ds. System has some light scratches on the outside and a circular scratch on the upper left of the top screen, which isn't visible while playing. I tried to get pics of the scratches but they didn't show up. Also includes the circle pad pro xl (only used a few hours on monster hunter), case, has a 16 GB Nintendo brand SD card installed and four games. Games are Kingdom Hearts (poor condition, missing ar card), Gaist Crusher, Code of Princess and Alien Infestation. No charger, but will work with any US or JP charger.
