I have two MVS cabinets, and I'm thinking that I probablly need the space/cash more than I need to keep both of them. I've just decided to see if anyone locally is interested in buying either one of them.

4-slot: SOLD

The 4-slot is a candy cab. There are a few cosmetic issues with it, but they're nothing that you couldn't fix with a bit of effort. The dimensions are 50" tall, 24.5" wide, and 31" deep. Here's a picture of it.

Thanks for the PMs, guys. There has been no sales yet, though I did give out my initial pricing.

<moved prices to the top (first) post>

I guess I'd rather keep the 6-slot, so it's priced higher.

Also, I have a working standup Out Run cabinet that I'd like to sell for $225. Here are some pictures of it. It's not in the best shape, but it plays just fine.

I've got some other things, too. Just FYI, I have a Donkey Kong cocktail table, Gameplan Sharpshooter pinball, and a couple of casino-style bartop machines. If you're interested in any of that stuff, we could talk about it.

Actually, if you're interested in any of the stuff I've mentioned, let me know and you could come see it sometime.

damn that outrun's cheap - I've been outbid and more than twice that several times on UK ebay. I'd love that Donkey Kong Cocktail too, hardly ever see them... Shame Minesota to England shipping isn't so cheap lol :( Good luck with the sale :)

I am interested in the candy cab. What are the cosmetic issues with it?

Well, the control panel's paint isn't really nice. It could use some new paint. I think there's a bit of a dent on the side, but I never look at the side or back since it's in that little cove sort-of area that you can see in my picture. The marquee is missing the framing that goes around the mini-marquees. Here's an example of what I mean by that.

Do you see how the one on the left (which isn't mine) has a black border around the mini-marquees? I'm missing that. I think you could make it out of plastic or poster board or something like that, though.

Oh, and if you look on mine, do you see that silver square panel on the door? That's a ticket dispenser cover. Someone before me had set this up as a different game that pumped out tickets. The dispenser has been removed, but the panel is still there (otherwise it'd just have a hole).

That's all I can think of for now. If you want pictures, I could probablly get them in a couple of days. Though, it would be best if you were serious to just come by sometime.

EDIT: If I recall correctly, it does have a card reader, but I think that it does not have the cables to connect the reader. I've never had a card to read. Also, I think that the credit display is either missing or not hooked up. I'm just thinking about the stuff that I never use but perhaps someone else might care about. I have, however hooked up the headphone jacks (which are on the same board as the card reader), and I know those work.

Ahh, you don't need room, it's a sit-down cabinet. :mr_t:

Yeah, mound isn't too far away. I could probablly even help with delivery.

Anyway, since you're close, let me know if you're ever looking for anything in the future. I don't have tons of stuff, but my neighbors probablly think that I have way too much. :drool_2:

For the candy cab. Would you be willing to sell it by itself without the board? I would be more than up for it if you would be intrested.

If you wanted to make me an offer for the cabinet without the board, I would definitely listen.

Are you local? Would you be able to come pick it up?

Hey guys. I put up some more pictures of the 4-slot candy cab.

http://www.personal.triticom.com/~erm/Arcade/MVS-Cabs/

On the back, you might notice a piece of tape. That's because I don't have the key for that lock. Also, on each side, you might notice a horizontal line that lookes discolored or something. Well, that's where the previous owner had a sticker running. I removed the stickers, but then I put the cabinet in my little cove and forgot about the sticky stuff left on there. When I took these pictures, I tried cleaning a little of it off. It came off really easy. Though, I had to leave for work, so I didn't clean it all off. I just don't want you to think there's something wrong there. It's just dirty and a little sticky.

Anyway, they're still for sale. I've had offers from people outside of MN, but I would really rather have someone come over and pick the cabinet up than have to ship it.

Just FYI, I moved pricing info to the top (first) post. I also added this...
"These prices aren't set in stone. I'd even be willing to deal for different terms if you wanted carts with it or perhaps didn't want the board or something like that."

I have had some inquiries about the price of the 4-slot without the board and about the size of it.

The dimensions of the 4-slot cabinet are as follows.
Height: 50"
Width: 24.5"
Depth: 31" (at the control panel, but significantly smaller most other places)

As far as the price without the main board, I will update my first post to include that information.

I would snatch that thing up in a heartbeat! I am relatively local too. My problem is that I don't have the cash right now and won't for a while. Sucks when you go from two incomes to only one! I need to get the wife feeling better so she can work again, but that will take some time.

Good luck on the sale! Someone grab this thing! (then sell it to me later when I have the cash ;)

Yeah, I know what you mean about losing that second income! Though, I'd say that my situation sounds a lot more voluntary than yours. I wish you good luck with your wife's health. It's definitely way more important that an arcade cabinet!

Just to let you guys know, I am waiting on responses from a couple people that seem interested in picking up the Candy cab.

That means that there is some local interest, but none of the stuff has been sold yet.

Actually, I think that I have a buyer that wants the 4-slot cabinet without the board. Hopefully I'll know for sure later this week (like Wed or Thurs). If I do end up selling the cabinet without the board in it, then I will try to sell the 4-slot board. Feel free to send me a private message if you need any info or if you'd want to make an offer.

SOLD

The Candy cab has been sold. It was picked up last night.

The buyer did not need the 4-slot board, so I have kept that and I will be selling it separately. I'll be away for a little over a week, and then when I get back I plan to list the board and some other stuff. I know that there was some interest in my board already, so if you really want it, you can make me an offer. Otherwise, just wait until I list it here, and I'll include my asking price and some other info/pictures.

Thanks guys!
