I've got a nearly complete '3 Count Bout' US kit. The only thing missing appears to be the move stickers. It other wise includes the cart, box, two instruction sheets, dip sheet, and mini marquee.
Obviously the box is pretty worn. Whoever the arcade operator bought this kit from taped up the MVS cart box and shipped it directly. So it has damage where the packing tape and shipping label were affixed and subsequently removed by the arcade operator.
The cart works fine and is in good used condition. The instruction and dip sheets are very good(they don't appears to have been used). The mini marquee has yellowed some. Could be from the backlight, could be from cigarettes.
This kit came from a lot of MVS carts bought at the Playland closing/auction. I bought the lot for the other two kits, so this guy is looking for a new home.
The serials match on the box and cart(see pic 5).
