If we're talking about games purely with "Fatal Fury" in the title, I'd put Fatal Fury 3.

Fatal Fury series is hard to pick, I find MOTW, RBS and FFS to all be solid games with enough differences to be standalone titles but if I can only pick one It would have to be RBS, it gets more play these days than MOTW. I also find the art style and gameplay to be more Fatal Fury than MOTW.
