Actually the link does still work.
I was noticing though.
on the strikers pages it does not list the Fighter that activates them like the japanese version.
Also there are a lot of grammer and spelling errors. like on page 20 where is says "disabled when the armor mode ID activated"

or for vanessa machine gun punch it says "quick tap makes combo" should just say repeatedly. it did help me figure out the rest of the moves though by looking at those scans.
I probably never would have figured out k' blackout move either until a faq was published or someone translated the japanese.
