Custom Scart cables any danger?

So tonight I made a custom RGB cable for my PAL AES.
Following this guide http://www.gamesx.com/hwb/ca_NeoGeoScart.html

So my chickenshiat question is, should I somewhere have maybe done something wrong, for example connected one of the cables inside the scart to DIN 8, wrong or something, if I connect
it to my Neo and TV, would it be a risk?
Could the neo or TV get fucked up in some way?

Im feeeeling really chicken... just dont want anything to happen, esp since both neo and tv are really expensive stuff.

Note that the image of the DIN connector in that link is the end of the cable, as in this pic:

The only thing that needs to be added is a 100 ohm resistor in the wire that goes from 4 to 16 (the pin marked as ? is 5v and 5v is too much so the resistor will bring the voltage down to about 2v which is good for your TV).
