CRT convergence strips

Is there anywhere to still buy these or anyone making them? I read some old info about adjusting corner convergence and these seems really good. But also don't see them for sale anywhere. Any tips?

I bought a bag from eBay a couple years back, unfortunately I cannot find them anymore. However it seems to me the N5 Monitors can't do RGB, only Composite and S-Video... so I'd say it isn't worth it, better to find a good consumer set (that can do Component at least).
