They have been phoenix and sadly have no label.

just wanted to give an update and free bump, I got my boards today (Megaman 2, Marvel Super Heroes, and Xmen COTA) they were totally legit non conversions (not that anyone would make a conversion of MSH or Xmen) Great seller, super fast and well packaged. If I wasn't looking for Giga Wing so badly I would be all over that 19XX. Thanks!

On the technical level as a scoring shmup yes, but I have more fun playing Gigawing. The Giga Wing games are my favorite just pick up and play games
