Wow, that was blurry. From what I see it looks like it's in good condition. If the seller has taken time to keep up with all of the casing and instructions then he probably is trustworthy, but you never know on Ebay...

LoL! So true I really did take some aspirin after I posted this.

Though the pictures are blurry I'm pretty sure you could count on that copy being in good shape. It's tough to really put an NGPC game through the ringer, and clamshell cases are sturdy, so if the seller took care to keep all of the enclosed manual and documentation, I'm sure the case is fine too.

He most likely just snapped the pic with a shitty cell phone cam or webcam. It's a horrible picture to advertise with, but the sale is likely a safe bet.
