I'd imagine it's a lot of hassle IF you can. The site's in Japanese isn't it and you'll get stung for import duty.

I'm 99% sure tha Sega Direct doesn't ship outside of Japan, I've heard this from a bunch of sources.

You'd have to use a proxy service like the one SuperPang mentioned.

No, each company can only ship orders to their respective terr (ie: Sega in US to US/Canada/Mexico, Sega Europe to EU).

One time I shipped Virtual Boy parts and a few games ordered from Nintendo of America to an Australian gamer.
