Can anyone make me some MVS Labels or point me in the right direction?

I need labels for my Gowcaizer, Super Sidekicks 3 and Kabuki Klash MVS carts, i've had a look around and all i could find was colourful labels and all i want are standard B&W MVS ones.

I found an image of the basic spine but its a Photoshop file and i dont have it!

Any help appreciated!

I have a couple replacement label files that I'm gonna put on my site. They will have the correct font for the game but instead of serials it will have the NGH number.
