Bought Fatal Fury:Battle Archives Last Night

All I could say It was a workout.


FF1-I beat everybody but Raiden who I had to time out his cheap ass.

Oh & I got pwned by Geese so many fucking times.I got like two attacks

in & I think kept on throwing dude to the ground,man I was relieved.


FF2-Wow started w/fighting Kim & he pwned me badly as everybody else did.

Billy Kane is by far the cheapest dude in FF2 easily.Once again had to time out

w/Big Bear.Krauser was something different,he throws alot of his fireballs,& gets

those strong high & jumping leg kicks in.At least he wasn't a counter dude like

Geese,beat him in like 25-35 rounds,I don't know.


FFS-Didn't really fool w/this one yet,tested Geese,not bad as I want to learn his

counter attack.

FF3-First I've ever played this game,it can be cheap in it's own little way.Franco

tore me up numerous times.Beat Bob & Joe.Quit on Mai because she's cheap as

fuck w/her air counter & other things.Plan on beating this game & probably FFS

later on though.



Well I thought I'd comment on playing the Fatal Fury series for

the first time in years (especially FF2 & FFS).

Yeah I just got a copy this past weekend. Awesome collection. I played Fatal Fury for the first time since it came out and actually enjoyed it this time lol.

I really love Fatal Fury Special and I am starting to like FF3 alot as well.

I picked it up, but haven't had a chance to play it. It's a nice collection, but I am more interested in volume two with all the real bout (and dare I pray MOTW or even wild ambition?) games.

Beat FF1 w/Andy & Joe as they have different patterns

so I had to defeat dudes alot differently from when I play w/Terry


Funny I beat Geese by repeating the Quicksilver Blast

in ff1 everyone had patterns.
when you find them out you can usually cheap most of the chara.
i'm sure there must be a faq on it somewhere.
especially with raiden.

Raiden wasnt too bad. I gotta say Geese gives me the most trouble and Tung isnt easy until you figure out the ducking punches destroy him lol.
