Bought a cabinet with a few carts like Metal Slug 2 etc. One of the carts has this weird problem:
The game works fine, but the image is really blurry/washed out. I've cleaned the contacts and re-inserted/removed the cart several times, but no help. All the other carts work without problems. I opened the cart up and the pcb looks like new, except for one component. It has this "goo" on the surface. I'm really no expert in electronics, but I can spot for example a faulty Elecrolytic capacitor
