Blue's Journey graphical glitches

My copy of Blue's Journey always has graphical glitches and I was wondering if it's a fault with the cart and if it's fixable? I have tried cleaning the contacts and that didn't help, I also get the same glitches on both my AES systems, so it's not the console.

It's always around sprites, as per the example below. It doesn't make it unplayable, it's just a bit annoying.

Look likes a dying ZMC2 or maybe just cold solders.

I've found some of the early games are prone to this type of problem. Seen it on Super Spy, Ghost Pilots and a couple of others. Try cleaning the PSU thoroughly and also clean the connector on the console. If that doesn't work, open the cart and use something a little more abrasive to clean the contacts thoroughly.

Most likely a failing LS273 on the CHA board.

I just bought a copy of Riding Hero and its also doing this no matter how well I clean it. You guys suggest I tear apart the cart and clean it? Which part do I clean aside from the edge connector?
