Bad seller alert "kevin21kg" on ebay

Just want to let all of you know to beware if you see this guy puting up auctions on ebay.

Here is what happened:

I won his shock troopers 2 auction on 9th september, last monday.

After end of auction I received a very quick mail from him which said "please complete paypal payment", I received that mail 2 times. In that mail he also said he would shipp after payment is received, so I thought great, I will have this game fast.

Well, I paid for it with paypal quick as I always do after a auction ends.
I wrote to him then asking him to shipp fast as he said in the mail before.

This was his answer :

hi,
i don't mean to reply you late , but i was on the night shift of my work this week , so i don't have much time to reply your email, i hope you can understand, i will post the item before this weekend and i will give you the track no. right after i post it ok?

I was like wtf? He told me he will shipp after payment is received. Well since then I had a bad feeling about this <img src="graemlins/ohno.gif" border="0" alt="[Oh No]" />

When I checked his feedback again I saw that he had received a negative feedback complaining that after end of auction the seller retracted from selling the item he puted up for auction.

I wrote a mail to the buyer "hommito" that had left feedback to this guy asking what happened etc.

The guy replied to me this :

hi joreg
ok,what happened was this,i won an auction for a neo geo console with 14
games,i was the winning bid,and i send the payment and all,i kept sending
mails but he does not reply,and when he did he told me that he wont be
selling the neo geo system because the bid was low,i ask him why if he
wanted a spesific price why not use a reserve price.and he did not answer
back.thats why i left him a bad feedback,by the way,how can i report him to
ebay?

Then I asked the buyer if he also had paid him already etc if he had been scammed. He answered me that after sending him several mails and dont giving up the seller finally refunded him the money. Then I though well at least he got his money back.

So the situation with me was exactly the same, I kept sending him one mail after the other and never got a reply, not even 1 word.

Today after sending him the mail that I would report him etc, threatening with police and whatever I got only the answer : Hi, here is your refund, thanks.

So I got my money back after 7 days without any reply.

Well, I have my money back but what this guy is doing is really shit, I think he wanted to scam me , maybe I had luck to receive my money back. He puts auctions on ebay, makes the winner pay and then after a certain time he refunds the money???

I wrote him a mail asking why he is doing this, that I must leave him negative feedback for what he did to warn other ebayers.

Funny is that after that mail then he replied very quick offending me:

"hi,
you want to leave a negative feedback to me , go ahead !! i will do the same to you!!!
You also said that if i didn't send the game or give you a negitive feedback , i will have my account canceled !? Hello? Who the fuck do you think you are?? Why do you have to act like a bitch !! You have got your money back , is that what you wanted ? Go ahead if you want to leave me a negative feedback! Let see!!! "

Well, I reported the guy to ebay because guys like this are not welcomed on ebay, he is a piece of shit fucking with serious buyers , thats not the spirit of ebay. Thanks for the heads up. Be VERY cautious of sellers who reside in Hong Kong and other Asian countries. Not that they're all out to screw you, but if you ever go there (I have many times)and know the culture, you'll see that A LOT of people play bootlegs. Videogames are just too expensive and when you can get copies and basically anything, people are gonna buy the cheaper versions instead. So when there's that rare Geo cart or cd, be careful.

If you would read with attention what I posted then you would see that I am not hommito, hommito was another buyer that had the same problem with this guy, so what are you talking about? You must have missed something dude, I have 2 accounts that I use, one for selling and one for buying, so if you speak like that to me you do offend me!!! I guess I already prooved that I am a honest buyer and seller, so dont come with that shit to me again. But I really wont discuss this again chimpmeister. If you dont like me thats ok for me, we dont need to be friends. I really dont want to start that again we had that topic once. OK I apologize about hommito, I misread that part of the post above. I do remember that you had several IDs on Ebay, so I assumed that hommito was one of them.

However, you will post a negative feedback for this person, won't you? That's the whole point of Ebay, sellers AND buyers must post honest feedback to make the system work. Without your negative, more people might be scammed or might deal with this person as if he were an honest seller, which he clearly is not.

As for your proving yourself etc. etc. yes you have and I have no problem with you, so no point in getting all upset about it. After that initial period of problems everything is fine now, at least on my end.

that totaly sucks, what is this ebay scammers coming out of the wood work, I had a pain in th but time with a seller recently dude told me I had 7 days to mail my payment to him, and then he mailed my game in a bubble envelope, those japanese big 1 disc cases are hard to replace for me. not to menchion I didn't get my game till about almost 4 weeks after.

I will keep everyone informed of course when I know there is a bad seller around. Well I dont know if he is a scammer because I got my payment back, but for sure he isnt someone you should trust because he lets you pay and then after several days he send you the payment back the fucker, did this to me and to the other guy "hommito". If he needs some credit he should go to a bank. I dont know why he is doing this, I also will report to paypal, maybe he is doing this to as many buyers as possible to chargeback then?????? As you know you can chargeback a paypal payment for 30 days, so maybe he receives a paymnet, then he pays you back so he can chargeback the payment after a while, dont know.

I will warn bidders when I see there is someone bidding of course. All you guys please help so nobody gets scammed! I still have no reply from ebay, this guys account should be canceled. Keep this topic up guys!!
